You can contact me for information, prices and whether the items are in stock by email
Please remember that if you make a purchase through Ebay or make a bid that wins that auction you are entering a contract to purchase that item.

Where we have to use a carrier for large items such as 50m Smartedge an additional charge may be made. This is described on the listing

P&p costs on eBay and Amazon may be different.
Post and pack prices vary as to which country they are being posted to.
For non-UK buyers please contact me for s&h and insurance costs. Insurance for packages is an optional extra.
All our items are very well packaged and breakages in the post are extremely rare.
Carriage: Small items are sent out with Royal Mail
All orders (for United Kingdom mainland) will be charged £4.95 per order,
All small parcels are sent out via Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class but larger items such as 10m & 50m Smartedge go with another courier.
Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to be processed and posted
Channel Islands: 50m Smartedge cannot be sent outside mainland UK. Please ask for delivery cost of smaller sizes
We always obtain a Certificate of Posting at the time of posting, and parcels are tracked.
Cancellation, UK/EU:
You have the right to cancel within seven days (UK), 14 days outside UK, of your contract/payment with Gardeners Cottage, or seven days (UK) of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). At first instance please email me
We will refund the amount you have paid to purchase the item and the post and packaging that you paid when paying for the original order less 10% for administration
We are unable to send items outside the United Kingdom at present
Products with blades like secateurs & scissors: When ordering bladed items you will need to confirm you are over the age of 18 to complete the purchase. Please be aware that someone over the age of 18 will also need to be at home to receive the delivery. We operate Challenge 25 and anyone who appears to be under that age will need to provide proof of age, if proof of age is not verified or the person is not 18 years of age, the restricted content of your order will not be delivered, and you will receive a refund back to your card
Returns and Refunds:
If for any reason you are not happy with our products when you receive them please email me
RETURNS: 30 days (30 days for countries outside UK)
REFUNDS: I will refund the purchase cost of the item and original postage less 10% for administration to you. Email us first
REPLACEMENTS: I can replace your item if our stock levels allow.
Feedback:
On Ebay when a sale is completed I always give 'Feedback' at the time of dispatch. In the rare event that a buyer does not pay then I always send a reminder invoice and at least one further email reminding the buyer. If after that there is still no payment nor reason for non-payment then Ebay make contact with the buyer.
Data Protection:
Any personal or otherwise information/data that you give as part of the sale/purchase is kept for delivery/postage of item. I do not sell any information that you give me to any other company or business. You have the right to see this information concerning yourself at anytime. We are registered with the Information Commissioner under the Data Protection Act 1998
