Ordering:

You can contact me for information, prices and whether the items are in stock by emailing sales

Please remember that if you make a purchase through Ebay or make a bid that wins that auction you are entering a contract to purchase that item.

Payment:

can be made using credit or debit card via WorldPay

can be made using a credit card via Paypal. ( We do not charge extra for Paypal, but you will to register with Paypal)

can be made using a credit/debit card via Nochex (UK only)

Cheques (UK only), payable to Gardeners Cottage, have to clear the account before item can be posted.

The information that you give - Name, address, email address and phone number, when ordering or making payment is held by me for accounting purposes only.

Post & Pack:

Items are packed for posting as soon as we have confirmation from the relevant company of payment.

Post and pack prices vary as to which country they are being posted to.

For non-UK buyers please contact me for s&h and insurance costs.

Insurance for packages is an optional extra

All our items are very well packaged and breakages in the post are extremely rare.

We always obtain a Certificate of Posting at the time of posting.

Cancellation, UK/EU:

You have the right to cancel within seven days (UK) of your contract/payment with Gardeners Cottage, or seven days (UK) of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). At first instance please email me: Customer Services, We will refund the amount you have paid to purchase the item and the post and packaging that you paid when paying for the original order.

Cancellation, Non - UK/EU:

You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract/payment with Gardeners Cottage, or ten days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). At first instance please email me: Customer Services. We will refund the amount you have paid to purchase the item and the post and packaging that you paid when paying for the original order.

Returns and Refunds:

If for any reason you are not happy with our products when you receive them please email me Customer Services

RETURNS: 7 days (14 days for countries outside UK)

REFUNDS: I will refund the purchase cost of the item and original postage to you. Email us first: Refund

REPLACEMENTS: I can replace your item if our stock levels allow.

Feedback:

On Ebay when a sale is completed I always give 'Feedback' at the time of posting the item. In the rare event that a buyer does not pay then I always send a reminder invoice and at least one further email reminding the buyer. If after that there is still no payment nor reason for non-payment then 'Negative Feedback' will be posted.

Any personal or otherwise information/data that you give as part of the sale/purchase is kept for delivery/postage of item and for accounting purposes only. I do not share, give nor sell any information that you give me to any other company or business. You have the right to see this information concerning yourself at anytime.
