Carriage: Small items are sent out with Royal Mail
Large items (10m, 20m, 30m Smartedge) are sent by parcel carrier for most regions and take 1 to 3 working days from dispatch)
Very large items: 50m Smartedge® (takes 2 to 3 days from dispatch) and Giant Games (takes 3 to 5 working days from dispatch) will be sent out direct from the manufacturers via carrier
Please allow 7 to 10 days in busy periods.
We always obtain a Certificate of Posting at the time of posting, and parcels are tracked.
